Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about accident repairs, insurance, and our services.

How long will my repair take?
Repair times vary depending on the type of car and parts availability. In most cases, accident repairs are completed within 7–10 days from the booking date.

Will my insurance cover the repair?
Your insurer will assess our estimate before approving repairs. In some cases, a car may be deemed uneconomical to repair (a “total loss”). If that happens, your insurer will contact you directly.

Will I be able to tell the car has been repaired?
No. Our expert technicians pride themselves on delivering a high-quality finish every time.

Do I need to remove all my belongings?
Although our premises are secure, we recommend removing personal items before handing over your keys—especially valuables, glasses, and shopping bags you may need.

Will you clean my car after the repair?
Yes. Every vehicle receives a full valet inside and out once repairs are complete.

Can you collect my car if it isn’t drivable?
Yes. We have our own recovery service and can arrange collection if your car is undriveable. This is usually organised with your insurer beforehand.

Will I be kept updated?
We’ll keep you informed at key stages, particularly if any hidden damage is discovered or if there are significant changes to your repair.

What if I’m not happy with the repair?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns, please call us on 01983 523441 (Option 5) and we’ll resolve them promptly.
