Are you a certified MOT Tester that’s not only experienced at conducting MOT tests on motor vehicles but also career minded? If you are then you need to find out more about this available MOT Tester role.

We are a well-established business and are seeking an MOT Tester to join our team full time.

MOT Tester is an integral part of our business and contributes to our overall success. Approved and regularly checked by DVSA, MOT Testers/Vehicle Mechanics carry out a responsible role ensure that all vehicles are tested in accordance with Ministry Standards and that the company is meeting its obligation as an Approved MOT Centre.

The Candidate must be:

• A registered certified MOT Tester who can carry out MOT testing to DVSA standards.
• An experienced vehicle technician and know how to properly fit brake components, tyres, exhausts, shock absorbers, oil & filters, batteries and all other vehicle related components.
• Be willing to carry out other duties when not completing MOT tests.
• Have a good knowledge and use of MOT testing equipment.
• Understanding of the MOT scheme, test standards and requirements.
• Provide efficient and effective customer service with the highest quality of workmanship.
• Willing to attend training courses as required.
• Able to complete annual mandatory MOT CPD requirements as regulated by DVSA.
